Alicia is fist generation American, born and raised in Glendale, California. She played basketball through high school but it wasn’t until college she found her passion for volleyball. Playing basketball on scholarship while training and learning the game of indoor volleyball in a crash course at Santa Monica College under Elaine Roque and Anna Collier. In her off time, in college, Alicia followed Anna to the beach to learn from some of the best! She then finished out her college years at Cal State Dominguez Hills. She followed her passion for volleyball and moved full time to the South Bay beaches. Where she now resides with her husband, Johnathan Lee Flavia and daughter, Sedona.
